Als je op zoek bent naar een echt uitzonderlijk vakantiehuis voor je zomervakantie, dan zijn deze luxe vakantiewoningen de juiste keuze. De grotere vakantiewoning CIO228 beslaat de begane grond en de benedenverdieping, terwijl CIO227 zich op de eerste verdieping bevindt. Beide zijn hoogwaardig ingericht, CIO228 heeft een prachtig uitzicht op zee en een groot terras. Je kunt je auto parkeren in de garage, vanwaar je met de lift naar de appartementen kunt. Op het prachtige landgoed ligt het grote gemeenschappelijke overloopzwembad met hydromassagestralen en het mooiste uitzicht op de blauwe zee. Er is ook een kas met seizoensfruit en -groenten en een speeltuin voor de kinderen. Naast het zwembad is er ook een zomerkeuken en barbecue. De eerste stranden liggen in Plomin Luka. Je kunt ook een bezoek brengen aan Rabac, bekend om zijn mooie stranden, recreatiemogelijkheden en uitstekende restaurants, en de vakantieoorden Labin, Rovinj en Pore.
